How you get around is important, we want to make sure the Residence is equipped to meet your changing needs, from cycle stores, to car club membership. The Residence is a Car Free development, so there is no parking on site and you are not able to request an on street bay from the council. Rest assured we still have some great, green and cost effective ways for you to get around town.

Safe and secure cycle storage on site

We have to cycle stores on site. One undercover on the ground floor and basement, all of which require a fob to enter. Both areas are well lit with the surrounding area covered by CCTV. So no more having to wheel your bike inside each day, or worrying you will come out to a wet bike, or maybe even no bike at all.

Car Club Membership

We have partnered with Zipcar to offer all residents free membership for a year, as well as driving credit. So whether it is escaping the city for the weekend or heading to a drive in cinema for the evening, you can have a no commitment car, ready to go when you want it, just a few minutes walk away.
